Absolutely horrible!!! My sister, who set up her arrangements through this place, did not look at all like her when he was done. Way too much make up. My other sister and I were horrified. He was disrespectful of all if our family's wishes. At the cemetery he had the casket lowered while we were all still present, even after asking him not to do so. He made a difficult time much worse. I wish there was negative rating system. I am glad I will never have to go back there again. Find someone else!
